How the work is checked

No mocks
Tests run against live infrastructure: gateway nodes, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch and Prometheus.
A fix brings its proof
A fix ships with the test that failed before it.
You meet the users
Engineers answer support requests, in Turkish and English, so you see your code in someone else's infrastructure.
If you would rather see a test fail against a real system than pass against a stub, we should talk.

You would rather a test prove you wrong than a production system. You write clearly in Turkish or English, and you want to own a problem from the first line of code to the last question about it.
